As usual on Amazon we find the original products with great rates and delivered directly to the house. I recommend! Good printer. The 1st one delivered had an electrical fault and broke down in the day. HP I replaced it in a few days without any worries (Bravo to the SAV HP!). Easy setup, nice interface. A defect, however : there is no "expert" mode allowing to finely configure the printing or scanning, (or so I have not found how to do it). It was just the choice between options of type "draft, normal, best"... Cartridges are a little expensive but with the advantage of having the print head built in (so it was heads new every time you change your cartridge! More of a problem of clogged nozzles on the long-term) unfortunately there is no generic for this model so we don't have the choice... luckily, the price is more interesting that in the classic trade... As usual, not disappointed of the products the "Amazon Basics". Very good, an excellent quality/price ratio. The dechicteuse works well, everything is of good quality. A sleeve for carrying just the part "dechicteuse". Sometimes it spun, but not as said in the previous comment. It should not be too much, and respect what they say (8 sheets max.). The "reverse" function works well, can't get it running easily. The destruction of CD works without a problem. To the top! We will regret as a function of the "clip" with the trash missing.
